Sinfonia Lahti started regular online concert broadcasts in 2007 as the world’s first orchestra to do so. The broadcasts from Lahti’s Sibelius Hall began on the Classiclive.com website, which over the years has also featured concerts by other musicians, bands, and orchestras. With the SL ClassicLive mobile app and the concert platform supported by it, which is part of the orchestra’s website, Classiclive continues to live on as a name.

Sinfonia Lahti’s own SL ClassicLive mobile app is based on an app originally developed by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra.
