On other days with performances, the Box Office is open an hour prior to the concert until the beginning of the concert.

Cloakroom
Cloakroom fee is €3/person. Children under 7 years are for free. In children´s events the fee for children (7–15 years old) is €1/child. Cloakroom opens an hour prior to the concert. Card payment only.

Cloakroom fee can be paid in advance when buying tickets from Lippu.fi Sibelius Hall.

Changing or returning tickets
Tickets cannot be returned or changed to other concerts.

Tickets for wheelchairs and walkers
The 12 wheelchair spaces in the Main Hall are located in the last row (23) of the stalls. Tickets for the wheelchairs and walkers can be bought at Lippu.fi Sibelius Hall and at all other Lippu.fi outlets.
